The objects of the Education Foundation are:

 

(1)    to promote training and education in the fields of engineering,

        geology or geophysics and to do all such things incidental or

        conducive to this object; and

 

(2)   to solicit, receive and accept all manner of contributions, gifts,

       bequests and legacies from any person, firm or corporation and

       to enter into and carry out contracts and undertakings incidental

       to the objects. 

 

In particular, the Education Foundation will provide scholarships, bursaries, grants or financial assistance to Northwest Territories or Nunavut residents in post-secondary study in the fields of engineering, geology or geophysics and will cooperate with other organizations with objects similar to the objects of NAPEG Education Foundation.

 

The bylaws of the Education Foundation set out the operation of the charity.
