Elections

This is to notify all NAPEG Members that ClearPicture Corporation once again has been contracted by NAPEG to conduct our online voting process for the 2021 NAPEG Elections. Eligible Members will receive an email from ClearPicture Corporation on NAPEG’s behalf on February 8, 2021.

Members who are in good standing are eligible to vote. To be in good standing, the 2021 renewal must be complete and 2021 Annual Dues paid. If you have not yet completed your 2021 renewal and/or have not paid your 2021 Annual Dues, you can do so through our Member Portal.

The 2nd Vice President Position was acclaimed – Paul Guy, P.Eng.

The following Council Positions will change in March:
Two Councillors (three-year term)

The results of the election will be announced during the Annual General Meeting on March 10, 2021.

Deadline for other nominations January 19, 2021
Ballots to Members (Online) February 8, 2021
Poll closes at noon February 24, 2021
Contractor will communicate results to Executive Director February 26, 2021
Appoint Confirmation Committee February 26, 2021
Confirmation Committee will confirm vote and report to President and/or Executive Director March 1, 2021
The President or Executive Director informs the candidates of the results. March 2, 2021
Council Meeting March 5, 2021
Annual General Meeting March 10, 2021
