The CAN You Build, Yellowknife? Competition was held on Saturday, February 28, 2015. 

Congratulations to both Williams Engineering Canada Inc. and GNWT Department of Municipal and Community Affairs (MACA) who combined the competitive spirit of a friendly competition with a unique way to help feed people and build the Yellowknife food bank stocks.  Also, thanks go to Mark Heyck, Mayor of Yellowknife, for being the 2015 Competition Judge.

·        The structures will be available for viewing until the end of the the Bridge Building Competition on Saturday, March 7, 2014 in the old Athlete’s World Location of the Centre Square Mall in Yellowknife. The general public are welcome to view the sculptures for the entrance fee of one item of non-perishable food.  At the close of the exhibitions, all the non-perishable food items used in the structures will be donated to the Yellowknife Food Bank.
